Required in-game settings for yew2K
Which 2K27 settings does the script need?
Shot Timing: Shots and Layups. Shot Meter: Off. Those two are the #1 reason people think auto-green isn't working. The rest of the table follows.
the yew2K NBA 2K27 Cronus Zen script times shots by holding and releasing Square. For that to work, 2K27 has to be set up so a button press is what times the shot. Six settings matter; two of them matter most.
The table
| Setting | Required value | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Shot Timing | Shots and Layups | Anything else and the script cannot time shots. |
| Shot Meter | Off | Meter on = narrower green window. |
| Shot Feedback | All Shots | Required setting. |
| Visual Cue | Jump or Set Point | Required setting. |
| Pro Stick | Shots and Dribbles, or Shots Only | Shots and Dribbles if you use the Dribble pages; otherwise Shots Only. |
| Controller deadzones | About 5% on both sticks | Raise if you get drift. |
The two that break everything
Shot Timing and Shot Meter are the #1 reason people think auto-green "isn't working". If Shot Timing is on anything other than Shots and Layups, the script cannot time shots at all. If the meter is on, the green window is narrower and the same value misses more.
Re-check both after every patch, before you touch a millisecond value.
Where to test
Test in online MyCourt. Offline MyCourt timing differs from online, so a setting that looks fine offline can miss online. Then confirm in Rec.

- Auto Tempo adds tempo to right-stick shots only. Button shooters leave it Off.
- SQ Remap (L3 / R3 / L1 / R1, default L3) gives you a plain un-rhythmed Square shot while the remap button is held. If you set it to R3, the Auto-Green click moves to L3.
